We renew your space which is not in daily use into an active space that will meet the needs today. Naming a few cases, we turned a large banquet hall for a group into a modern dining space with a good path leading to the kitchen. We renovated an entertainment facility like a theater into a spa zone making effective use of its spaciousness.

We renovate "Washitsu" (Japanese-style room) into modern and practical one, such as equipped with bed or barrier-free. Furthermore, we even evolve your facilities into some totally new innovative spaceｓ, such as executive room with dinning room or bath room where you can have a great view outside.
